Swindon based, hybrid (with some flexibility to work from home)

Full time (37.5 hours per week), 12-month fixed term contract

Salary: £33,189 to £35,094 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering audience-focused marketing campaigns that support Bible Society's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with colleagues across the organisation
  • Using audience insights, research and data to create effective omnichannel marketing plans
  • Crafting engaging customer journeys
  • Ensuring the right messages reach the right people at the right time

Requirements

  • Significant marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign planning, and performance measurement
  • Proactive and creative communicator
  • Confident managing multiple projects
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders

Desired Skills

  • Experience of influencer marketing
  • Experience of using data to optimise campaign performance
