BeamNG

BeamNG is an independent game & software development studio, established in 2013 in Bremen, Germany. We are an international, remote-first team of almost 90 people. Our development focuses on state-of-the-art soft-body physics vehicle simulation, currently available as an early access videogame - BeamNG.drive, and as a stand-alone research platform - BeamNG.tech

We are looking for a Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to join our Communications & Marketing team. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can lead creative marketing, PR, and communications initiatives from strategy to execution. You will help shape how BeamNG communicates with players, media, creators, partners, and the wider gaming community, while working closely with a diverse team of specialists across multiple channels and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns across organic, paid, earned, owned, and partner channels
  • Develop compelling messaging and campaign narratives for product updates, announcements, newsletters, storefronts, landing pages, social media, and community platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant media outlets, journalists, creators, influencers, platform partners, and community stakeholders
  • Plan and execute impactful initiatives that grow our audience, strengthen community engagement, and amplify major BeamNG beats
  • Coordinate content production for promotional materials, ensuring assets are creative, high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, audience trends, community sentiment, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve future initiatives
  • Support and guide day-to-day marketing, PR, and community operations, while helping improve workflows, planning processes, and cross-team collaboration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
