Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Marketing Specialist to join a thriving digital marketing and web design agency. This is not a media buying role; it is a holistic marketing position for a strategist who understands the intersection of traffic, conversion, and technical execution. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and online growth for a diverse portfolio of clients across the North West of England, ensuring their digital presence is not just visible, but profitable. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on PPC and SEO.
- Paid Media Oversight: Manage and optimize complex campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet strict client KPIs.
- Lead Generation: Implement and refine strategies specifically designed to generate high-quality leads for service-based and e-commerce clients.
- Technical Implementation: Build, edit, and optimize high-converting landing pages to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Client Success: Ensure the technical and creative aspects of each account align with the client’s brand and growth objectives.

Requirements
- Expert Paid Ads Experience: Proven track record of success managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads at a senior level.
- SEO Proficiency: Solid understanding of search engine optimization strategies to drive organic growth.
- Agency Background: Significant experience working within a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Technical Skillset: Ability to build and edit landing pages; you must be technical enough to handle the "web" side of marketing.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Zone Alignment: Availability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the GMT timezone.
Nice-to-Haves
- Advanced technical web development experience.
- Deep expertise in Shopify or bespoke e-commerce platforms.
- A portfolio of high-performing landing pages built from scratch.
- Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage the full client lifecycle.
