A Day in the Life
The Regional Product Manager for United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and The Netherlands (UKIB) is a pivotal role focused on executing our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) business strategy, with an emphasis on expanding our Spine portfolio and boosting growth in capital and robotics sales. You'll be essential in aligning and implementing marketing strategies locally while collaborating closely with regional sales and business teams.
This Product Manager role is a remote role, covering United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and The Netherlands. Location is flexible, travel is required (up to 60%). The role is a new role, supporting a new regional alignment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead the growth of our CST portfolio and spearhead the introduction of enabling technologies, ensuring market leadership and expansion. Drive business development initiatives to enhance portfolio value and maximise market impact.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise the performance of current offerings, while leading the planning and execution of comprehensive launch plans for next-generation technologies.
- Oversee the sales funnel, leveraging Sales Force Dot Com to track and optimize sales opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and sales team performance.
- Deliver training programs that equip both customers and sales teams with a deep understanding of the clinical benefits and technical advancements of our technologies, enhancing product adoption.
- Develop and execute reimbursement strategies to secure market access and drive sustainable growth for both existing and future technologies, with a focus on robotics.
- Build a business intelligence system that provides competitive insights and objection-handling strategies to empower local sales teams and identify business development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals, ensuring our strategies align with market needs and drive deeper engagement.

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in Spinal, Orthopaedics, or Neuromodulation therapies within sales or marketing roles.
- Experience in capital sales or marketing.
- Proven ability to operate in a complex business environment and work effectively with sales & regional marketing management.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

- Belgium: 77,600.00 EUR - 116,400.00 EUR
- Ireland: 63,680.00 EUR - 95,520.00 EUR
- Netherlands: 67,520.00 EUR - 101,280.00 EUR
- United Kingdom: 54,400.00 GBP - 81,600.00 GBP
