Creative Strategist with experience in Travel Retail & Consumer brand activation £70k

Central London Creative Agency | Travel Retail, Consumer & Lifestyle

We’re looking for a Strategist who thinks creatively first. Someone who loves brands, understands people and gets excited by the challenge of turning a marketing brief into an idea that people actually want to engage with.

You might have worked agency-side, client-side — or both. What matters most is that you can think, challenge, connect the dots and come up with genuinely creative ways for brands to show up in the world.

Around 60% of your time will be dedicated to one of the world’s most famous Swiss chocolatiers, working directly with the client on brand activation, travel retail and consumer-facing ideas. They are well known within airports across the world, more high end. Hence the travel retail knowledge which would be helpful but not essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re a creative thinker with strategic brains.
  • You understand brand marketing and activation, but you’re not an implementation person — your superpower is the thinking.
  • You’re curious, commercially aware and naturally interested in what makes people tick. You can move comfortably between a luxury brand, a global chocolate brand, a spirits client and a lifestyle product — and find the interesting idea in each.
  • You might call yourself a Strategist, Creative Strategist, Brand Strategist, Planning Director or something else entirely.

If you can turn a brief into a brilliant thought, we want to hear from you.

Salary

  • Up to £70k, hybrid working 3 days in Central London design studio, which is located in a very tasteful mews building in W1.
