About us...
AM London, and our in-house brands Threadbare and Saltwell was built out of something personal – a bond between father and daughter, and a shared love of fashion passed down through generations. What began as a family passion has grown into British brands recognised for their commitment to Trusted Style and Honest Value.
Based in Manchester, the heart of the UK’s fashion and textile industry, Threadbare and Saltwell continues to design with one clear purpose: to create clothing that combines elevated design, everyday wearability, and lasting quality. Built for the everyday wardrobe, Threadbare and Saltwell are proud to be stocked in iconic fashion marketplaces including Next, ASOS, and Zalando – bringing our vision of Trusted Style and Honest Value to customers across the world.
As we bring marketplace management in-house, we are looking for a Senior Marketplace Executive to support the accurate set-up, enrichment, and management of product data, content, and imagery across our marketplace channels.
The role...
The Senior Marketplace Executive will support the product set-up process across Threadbare’s marketplace channels, ensuring product data, imagery, and listing information are accurate, complete, and ready for launch.
You will work closely with the Marketplace, Merchandising, Buying, Design, and Operations teams to prepare product upload files, check listing accuracy, manage imagery requirements, and resolve any data or content issues that could delay products going live.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
