We're looking for a Senior MarTech Manager to lead and evolve our marketing technology ecosystem at a pivotal stage in our transformation. This is a highly strategic role where you'll connect technology, data and marketing performance, enabling smarter customer experiences, stronger commercial outcomes and scalable growth across our markets.

The Role

  • Own and optimise Holland & Barrett's MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platforms, data and processes deliver measurable customer and commercial value.
  • Enable CRM, personalisation and performance marketing through effective use of first-party customer data and marketing technology.
  • Lead tracking, tagging and measurement across web, app and paid media channels, ensuring high-quality data underpins optimisation and attribution.
  • Drive best practice across Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, consent management and marketing data architecture.
  • Develop and evolve Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, enabling real-time audience activation, suppression, lookalike modelling and personalisation across CRM, Paid Media and Digital channels.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing teams to improve audience strategy, campaign measurement, incrementality and media effectiveness through first-party data activation.
  • Support the growth of Digital Asset Management, Retail Media and Loyalty technology capabilities to enable omnichannel customer experiences.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, AI capabilities and vendor partnerships, ensuring the MarTech stack supports future customer growth ambitions.
  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Performance Marketing, Digital, Data and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, future-focused solutions across multiple markets.

The Person

  • Proven experience leading MarTech, Customer Data or Marketing Technology functions within a complex consumer organisation.
  • Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, data layers, APIs, attribution and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Experience enabling Performance Marketing through first-party data, audience segmentation, conversion tracking and customer activation across paid channels.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze and Customer Data Platforms such as High touch, Segment or Adobe RTCDP.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, personalisation, audience strategy and omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Experience managing technology vendors, platform roadmaps and investment budgets.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into commercial outcomes and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Technology.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity to explore emerging technologies and a passion for driving measurable customer growth.
