Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Maximo Technical Consultant to work across several key initiatives within our Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environment, including MAS Mobile, meter-based maintenance, MAS 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade readiness, PI/MIF integration, Java customisations, and cloud-hosted MAS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical expertise and delivery support across MAS Mobile, meter-based maintenance, PI integration, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and MAS upgrade activities.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve compatibility issues related to Java and Maximo customisations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps Engineers, Test Analysts, Product Analysts, the Product Owner, and Delivery Manager, to remove technical blockers and support successful delivery outcomes.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring effective knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience delivering technical solutions within IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environments.
- Strong expertise in MAS Mobile, ideally supporting field operations, maintenance, or inventory management use cases.
- Demonstrable experience working within cloud-hosted MAS environments, preferably on Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
- Experience with meter-based maintenance, PI integration, and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Experience supporting MAS upgrade programmes, particularly MAS 9.0 to MAS 9.2, or similar MAS 9.x upgrade activities.
- Strong technical knowledge of Java development and Maximo customisation frameworks.
- Experience with deployment and release processes, including deployment pipelines and DBC scripting for Maximo configuration management.
- Ability to work independently, quickly understand existing environments, and deliver value with minimal onboarding.
