Senior Commercial Manager – M&E
London

A confidential opportunity has arisen with a well-known and leading M&E Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join its commercial team.
The business delivers major M&E projects across technically demanding sectors, including commercial and critical infrastructure.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this is a senior position with responsibility for providing commercial leadership across a portfolio of projects and supporting the wider commercial function.
The Role
You will oversee commercial performance, manage risk and contractual matters, support project teams and provide senior-level commercial guidance across the business.
The successful candidate will have strong M&E experience and be comfortable operating at a senior level with clients, subcontractors, project teams, and company leadership.

Experience & Requirements
- Senior Commercial Manager, Commercial Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within M&E / Building Services.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Experience managing major M&E projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting and developing commercial teams.
- Excellent understanding of project risk, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
