Senior M&E Asset Surveyor - (QA/QC)
Immediate Start - 3 Months Contract - Home Based
I’m working with a leading consultancy who are looking for an experienced Senior M&E Consultant to undertake QA work on a major FM, estates and property programmes.
This is a senior technical role focused on M&E asset assurance, QA/QC and technical compliance, working across a live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC and technical assurance of M&E asset surveys and registers.
- Review mechanical, electrical and public health asset information for accuracy, condition and compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, missing information and poor-quality survey outputs.
- Provide technical guidance and challenge surveyors, contractors and project teams where required.
- Oversee survey activity and ensure outputs meet client and programme requirements.
- Produce client-facing technical reports, findings and recommendations.
- Support clients with asset, lifecycle, maintenance and condition-related requirements.
- Ensure work aligns with relevant standards and frameworks including CIBSE, SFG20, Uniclass and NRM3.

About You
- Strong M&E / building services background.
- Experience in M&E surveying, QA/QC, technical assurance or asset management.
- Confident reviewing and challenging technical information.
- Strong understanding of M&E assets, condition and lifecycle requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder and client-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with surveyors and delivery teams.
- Experience with asset management systems, Excel, Power BI or similar would be advantageous.
