M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus
We’re working with a leading property & engineering consultancy that is looking to add an experienced M&E Engineer or Senior M&E Engineer to its growing London team.
This is a varied consultancy role covering M&E surveys, technical due diligence, dilapidations and building services advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Daily Duties
- M&E condition & technical surveys
- Technical due diligence & pre-acquisition surveys
- Dilapidations & lease-end assessments
- Mechanical & electrical installation inspections
- Advising on repairs, compliance & lifecycle requirements
- Producing client-facing technical reports
- Working alongside Building Surveyors, Project Managers & technical specialists
Skills & Experience
- M&E / Building Services Engineering qualification
- Commercial property / building services survey experience
- Knowledge of dilapidations, due diligence or landlord & tenant matters
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills
- MCIBSE, MIET or equivalent — or working towards chartership
