Our client is a tier 1 main contractor who have been established for over 25 years with a dynamic, ambitious and entrepreneurial culture.
They specialise in delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical engineering solutions across London and the South East. They provide complete MEP services from pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover, working on complex and high-value projects in sectors including commercial, residential, life sciences, healthcare, education and data centres.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a prestigious project, working alongside a highly experienced project and commercial team.

My client has an extremely talented building services team with whom you will be able to thrive and bounce off.
Role
They are currently seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who will take on commercial responsibility for one of the more major commercial cut and carve schemes, with the MEP value at £20 million. This project is due to start imminently. Working closely with the senior commercial manager and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably whilst maintaining strong client relationships and managing the subcontractor.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in M&E Quantity Surveying having degrees in the relevant discipline with main contracting experience. You will also have worked on a large cut and carve or commercial new build project. The contract is set to be 12-18 months.
