A top class Cost Consultancy are seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, who is eager to progress to Associate Director, as they strengthen their M&E Quantity Surveying division in London.
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will lead and manage the M&E elements on an array of residential projects including student accommodation, later living, and build to rent schemes.
Alongside project delivery, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will also work closely with clients and project teams - taking on a senior/leadership role.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 4 years M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- M&E experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice
- MRICS preferred, not essential
- Strong cost planning experience
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
