A London based Cost Consultancy which strives for excellence, is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who has a desire to work on a broad range of mouthwatering projects.
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit MEP Quantity Surveying team, working alongside an award-winning Quantity Surveying team. The team is led by a personable MEP Quantity Surveying Partner who is committed to developing his Quantity Surveyor's skill sets on a daily basis.
In terms of the work, the Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a £300M new-build office, work across a range of research laboratories, and play a key role on an incredible £100M CAT B fit-out project.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Must have MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- The M&E experience must be within a consultancy/pqs/cost management practice
- Pre and post contract experience
- Completed a RICS accredited degree
- 5+ years MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- Presentable, intelligent, professional
