Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Central London

£120,000-£130,000 + Comprehensive Package

Tier 1 MEP Contractor

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering major, technically complex building services projects across London and the UK.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their London commercial team.

The business delivers major MEP packages across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, education and data centres, providing the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most technically challenging schemes in the market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E commercial professional looking to join a financially secure Tier 1 contractor offering major projects, strong career progression and an excellent overall package.

The Role

As Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for major mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with the project delivery team from pre-construction through to final account.

You will be responsible for protecting the commercial position of the project, managing subcontractors and procurement, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring strong financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
