Equans is looking for a Senior M&E Technician to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital, London.
This is a full time role, with participation in an agreed emergency on call rota. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Maintain boiler plant and associated equipment, including accurate record keeping
- Complete planned, scheduled, reactive maintenance and installation works
- Support the organisation of trade staff and stand in for the M&E Supervisor when required
- Complete associated paperwork and work safely in line with company policies and procedures

- Qualified in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline with a City and Guilds, BTEC or equivalent qualification
- Holder of a 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate
- Experienced in the relevant trade, with three to five years of experience after completing an apprenticeship or recognised training programme
- Skilled in planned, scheduled and reactive maintenance, installation works and boiler plant maintenance
- Able to support the organisation of trade staff and deputise for the M&E Supervisor when required
- Willing to participate in overtime and the emergency on call rota
- Committed to maintaining current qualifications, trade knowledge and safe working practices
- Customer focused, reliable and able to complete maintenance records and other paperwork accurately
- Supportive of staff development, company policies, quality standards and equalities requirements
