What You'll Be Doing
In this hybrid role, you will be on the road visiting clients' sites as well as providing remote triage support, ensuring that Air Conditioning systems are being maintained and operating at the highest standards. Tasks could include:
- Providing technical support to our mobile field team - both remotely and on site when required
- Attending reactive callouts (diagnosing issues efficiently and achieving first-time fix where possible)
- Proactively monitoring A/C systems
- Providing regular client updates
- Auditing and delivering PPMs and compliance to industry standard
- Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of our multi-skilled engineers
- Taking ownership of air conditioning work orders within your region

What We're Looking For
- F-Gas Cat 1 – Essential
- Minimum Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (6187) - Essential
- 5 years' experience fault finding, servicing and maintaining all types of A/C systems
- 18th Edition – Desirable
- Gas Safe Certified – Desirable
- City & Guilds Test and Inspection – Desirable
- Plumbing qualifications - Desirable
- A full valid UK driving license - essential
Other Information:
The role will involve working 45 hrs per week Monday to Friday, and you will be required to be up to a maximum of 1 in 4 weeks on call. Due to this role being field-based / mobile having a UK driving license is essential.
