Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Leicester | £80,000 – £90,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and award-winning MEP contractor delivering a major, long-term project in Leicester.
This is a genuine senior opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a significant mechanical package, lead an experienced delivery team and work on a technically challenging project with an established contractor.
The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical building services, with expertise across HVAC, design, installation, commissioning, and project delivery.
Your Role
- Leading Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and specialist subcontractors
- Managing mechanical installation across HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, and public health
- Coordinating design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Managing programme, resources, and key project milestones
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information
- Resolving technical queries and construction interfaces
- Managing subcontractor performance and procurement
- Monitoring costs, variations, and commercial performance
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover

What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager with a strong MEP / building services background and a proven track record delivering major mechanical projects.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Strong mechanical engineering and building services knowledge
- Experience managing sizeable mechanical packages
- Proven leadership of project and site teams
- Strong programme and commercial awareness
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- A strong understanding of installation, testing, and commissioning
