About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Media Account Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel media campaigns, driving client growth, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development. This is a brilliant role for someone who is confident with media planning and buying, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can bring calm, commercial thinking to complex campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead strategic planning and delivery across a portfolio of media and integrated clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering clear guidance and keeping communication transparent.
  • Own a top-tier media or integrated client, bringing internal teams together around the account.
  • Manage budgets, value, billing considerations, and commercial risk with confidence.
  • Mentor and support media team members, giving clear feedback and helping standards stay high.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and represent Boutique at relevant industry events.
  • Use data, insight, and market knowledge to optimize campaign performance and spot new opportunities.
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals, and wider business development activity.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience in media planning and buying across a range of channels.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale or complex campaigns.
  • Confident client servicing skills, including strategic recommendations and progress updates.
  • Commercial awareness, including budget setting, forecasting, profitability, and overservicing control.
  • Experience mentoring or developing others in a media or agency environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative style and the ability to influence across teams.
  • A genuine interest in the media landscape, innovation, and what is changing in the market.
