How to apply:
Applications via email will be considered first. Please email robert.gao@tophamguerin.com with your CV attached and a short cover letter in the body of the email. The cover letter should outline your ambitions, why you're interested in this role and why you think you're a good fit.
About this job:
As a Senior Media Executive, you’ll take ownership of the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of digital media campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels.
You’ll manage campaigns across client accounts, working with senior media leads on broader strategy while being trusted to own delivery, make informed decisions and identify opportunities without waiting to be asked. You’ll also contribute to media planning, reporting, pitches and ad hoc requests across the agency.
This role will suit someone with 2–3 years of experience who is confident working hands-on in platforms and with data, but wants more than simply executing instructions. We’re looking for someone with opinions, pride in their work and the initiative to raise issues, recommend better approaches and follow ideas through.
It won’t suit someone who wants to be a small cog in a large machine. You’ll be given responsibility, visibility and room to prove yourself — with support from senior media specialists as you continue developing your strategic judgement.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, setup and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across search, social and programmatic.
- Own campaign QA and platform hygiene across budgets, targeting, naming conventions and creative.
- Maintain optimisation, testing and campaign change logs, documenting actions, learnings and next steps.
- Build and maintain campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, with exposure to programmatic and emerging channels.
- Monitor delivery, pacing, targeting and creative performance, identifying issues and making timely optimisations.
- Collaborate with media leads, creative and account teams to improve campaign performance.
- Produce clear weekly reports and client-ready decks, turning data into concise insights and actions.
- Track platform updates and digital trends, sharing useful developments with the wider team.
- Contribute to media plans, pitches and ad hoc requests, turning briefs into clear channel recommendations.
- Manage multiple live campaigns and shifting priorities with precision and calm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
