📍 Location: London (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: 6-Month Contract
💰 Rate: Up to £70,000 Pro Rata or £300 per day

We're looking for a Senior Media Manager to lead media strategy and performance across a high-profile beauty portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll blend strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and media expertise to drive measurable business growth.
You'll own the development and optimisation of full-funnel media plans, ensuring investment delivers against brand, ecommerce, and commercial objectives. Working closely with brand, retail, online, creative, and analytics teams, you'll connect consumer insight with media execution to maximise impact.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading category media strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, video, and retail media
- Driving campaign performance, optimisation, and ROI improvements
- Managing media budgets and investment governance
- Influencing senior stakeholders with data-led recommendations
- Partnering with agencies and media owners to ensure best-in-class execution
- Championing media innovation, measurement, and testing initiatives
- Connecting brand-building activity with performance and commerce outcomes

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in media, performance marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of full-funnel media planning and optimisation
- Proven success managing agency relationships and sizeable media budgets
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within beauty, luxury, FMCG, or a fast-paced consumer environment is highly desirable
