The Opportunity
Join a fast-growing B2B technology agency with ambitious plans and real momentum. Working with some of the world's most innovative brands, you'll help deliver integrated campaigns that build awareness, generate demand, and drive global growth.
Our Media & Performance team is at the heart of that offering and continues to grow. We bring together paid, earned and owned media to create unified strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a team of digital marketers, not just media buyers, we take a platform-agnostic approach to planning, build customer journeys that convert, and execute campaigns that perform across the entire funnel.
The Role
As Media Manager – Biddable, you'll lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated biddable media campaigns for global B2B technology brands. Working across programmatic and paid search, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results, build trusted client relationships and help shape the future of Fox Agency's Media & Performance offering through innovation, commercial growth and thought leadership.
- Lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of biddable media campaigns across programmatic and paid search.
- Deliver high-performing campaigns on time, on budget and aligned to client objectives.
- Take a strategic lead across a portfolio of client accounts, providing recommendations that maximise performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights through campaign analysis and performance reporting.
- Build strong relationships with media partners to secure the best commercial opportunities and campaign outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting and monthly spend reconciliation to ensure accurate delivery and profitability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for programmatic and paid search, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of the wider team.
- Champion innovation by identifying new platform capabilities, AI-driven solutions and emerging media opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members while helping to improve agency processes, workflows and best practice.
- Collaborate across the agency to deliver integrated media strategies and contribute to new business proposals and pitches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
