Senior Media Planning and Innovation Manager – Shape how we deliver delicious, every day
At Domino's, what you bring to the table really matters. As our Senior Media Planning & Innovation Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape how millions of customers across the UK and Ireland experience our brand. From big-picture media strategy to driving innovation and building high-value partnerships, you'll make sure every pound we invest works harder and delivers real commercial impact.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Media, you'll lead full-funnel media planning, bringing together data, creativity, strategic thinking and commercial expertise to maximise ROI and uncover new opportunities for growth. This is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots, challenging the status quo, and finding smarter ways to reach customers in an ever-evolving media landscape.
Offered on a hybrid basis, you'll spend one day a week in Milton Keynes and one day a week in London, with the flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week. What You'll Bring
You'll bring strong media planning experience, commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in media planning within an agency or client-side environment.
- Strong knowledge of media strategy, audience targeting, attribution and industry trends.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial and data-driven approach, with the ability to evaluate ROI and identify growth opportunities.
- Have used Econometrics modelling for media planning

What You'll Be Doing
You'll help maximise the return on our media investment by shaping, implementing and optimising full-funnel media plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading media planning across the UK and Ireland to support our wider marketing strategy.
- Using econometrics, attribution and performance insights to optimise ROI and inform future planning.
- Managing key agency and media partner relationships to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Identifying innovative channels, partnerships and buying strategies that drive growth.
- Presenting campaign performance, learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
