Asian Media Group is one of the UK's leading media organisations, with operations across the UK, USA and India. Our portfolio includes publications, digital media, awards, conferences and business events.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Media Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our advertising, sponsorship and events portfolio.
This is not a general Business Development role. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Publishing, Exhibition or Event Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and manage the full sales cycle.
- Sell digital advertising, print advertising, event sponsorships and commercial partnerships.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies and senior decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years' B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Publishing or Event Sales.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- CRM experience.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required).
- Able to work from our London office 4 days per week.
