Proclinical is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Associate to support integrated insights processes and innovative programs within the HIV therapeutic area. This role involves analyzing and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic and tactical decision-making. The position requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail, with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the integrated insights workflow, including data capture, synthesis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive medical insights initiatives that inform planning and strategy.
  • Analyze internal and external data sources to identify themes, trends, and implications.
  • Ensure governance, quality control, and compliance in insights documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled analytics and enhanced insights generation capabilities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related scientific/analytical discipline (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Experience in insights analytics, Medical Affairs, market research, or related pharmaceutical/biopharma functions (0-2 years).
  • Familiarity with Medical Affairs processes, data sources, and insights generation.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and present findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in virology or liver therapeutic areas is advantageous.
