Senior Medical Device Sales & Business Development Manager

-Private Healthcare, Pharmacy & Professional Partnerships-

Location

London, with selected national travel

Contract

Permanent, full-time - 40 hours per week

Salary

Basic salary £45,000 per annum - fixed and non-negotiable
Commission Uncapped; expected £100,000-£300,000 when targets are achieved
Total earnings Expected £145,000-£345,000 for successful performers

The Opportunity

A rapidly expanding private healthcare group is seeking an exceptional Senior Medical Device Sales & Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across its premium clinic, London pharmacy and national hormone-health professional network.
This is a senior, target-driven & "hunter" role.
Approximately 80% of your time will focus on originating and closing new business, with the balance dedicated to developing the relationships you create.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and convert new opportunities across medical devices, private healthcare, pharmacy services and professional healthcare networks.
  • Build relationships with doctors, consultants, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, introducers and senior healthcare decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiation and signed agreements.
  • Develop private-client referral channels, healthcare partnerships and national professional-network opportunities.
  • Meet ambitious monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and gross-profit targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Represent the group at industry events and ensure all activity meets healthcare, pharmacy, data-protection and ethical requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum five years successful medical device sales experience - essential.
  • Candidates from pharmaceutical sales may be considered where they can demonstrate substantial healthcare new-business success.
  • Proven record of exceeding targets and personally originating measurable revenue or gross profit.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Experience selling to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare groups or other senior decision-makers.
  • Commercial urgency, resilience, discretion and the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Desirable Experience

An established UK private-healthcare network or experience in hormone health, HRT, TRT, longevity medicine, diagnostics, aesthetics, professional education, memberships or licensing programmes would be advantageous.

Availability

Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
Applicants must be able to start immediately or have a notice period of no more than 45 days.
Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week is required.

Reward & Progression

The role offers a fixed basic salary of £45,000, exceptional uncapped commission and expected total annual earnings of £145,000-£345,000 for successful performers.
The upper earnings range is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance, revenue generated and achievement of agreed targets.
You will have direct access to senior management, significant autonomy and the opportunity to help build the commercial division of a growing premium healthcare group.
