Ready to transform women's healthcare by bringing innovative minimally invasive technologies to clinicians and patients across the UK?

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Medical Device Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team in the women's health medical devices sector. This role focuses on driving the adoption and growth of innovative minimally invasive solutions across an assigned territory within the UK. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, providing product expertise, clinical education and training to support the successful integration of these technologies into clinical practice. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care by expanding access to advanced treatment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and market share for a portfolio of minimally invasive medical technologies within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procedural teams, procurement professionals and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Support the adoption and expansion of patient-focused treatment pathways by helping customers implement efficient and effective clinical solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations, clinical support and training to maximise customer value and utilisation.
  • Develop and execute structured territory plans, prioritising key accounts and high-potential growth opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Analyse sales performance, market activity and competitor insights to identify opportunities and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical support and customer service, to achieve shared objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within surgical, procedural or theatre-based environments.
  • Strong track record of building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Sound understanding of the healthcare landscape and experience engaging with clinicians, procurement teams and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strategic and commercially minded approach to territory planning, account development and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to analyse market trends, sales data and account opportunities to drive business performance.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
