(Senior) Medical Science Liaison – Northern Ireland & Ireland
Pharma-Partners is exclusively recruiting for this vacancy.
For this vacancy we can consider candidates at either Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Senior MSL level and must be located in either of Northern Ireland or Ireland.
Working alongside a team of Senior MSLs and MSLs, this role will support a specialised portfolio of treatments that relate to a wide variety of therapy areas. The (Senior) Medical Science Liaison will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs across the territory, support clinical development and commercialisation efforts, and acts as a scientific expert for the business.
If hired as a Senior MSL the successful candidate will take on the additional responsibility as a "Therapy Area Medical Lead". This means 30% of your time will be allocated to strategic leadership and oversight of national projects. You therefore act up in more of a hybrid MSL/Medical Advisor type role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
