Role Overview
This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CAMHS team based at Mary Chapman House, supporting the Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for them to be able to provide an efficient service to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate in a professional manner with patients, relatives, professionals, with a compassionate nature and ability to remain calm when working under pressure.
- Prioritise your workload and to deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy.
Job Details
- Position Type: Part-time, office-based 15 hours per week, with the days and times to be agreed with the successful candidate.
- Training: Provided; however, previous administration experience is essential.

Skills and Qualifications
- Possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation, and administration skills.
- Showcase knowledge of IT systems.
- Evidence working flexibly, experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Be adaptable and flexible to service needs and changes across the locality.

You may be asked to undertake other appropriate duties, as directed.
