Freelance Senior Medical Writer - Medical Communications
UK remote working
Full time (can discuss shorter working hours)
We’re working with a small and growing medical communications agency that is looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Medical Writer to join their team ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Senior Writer with strong Medical Affairs experience who enjoys working in a collaborative agency environment and wants to play an important role within a growing team.

The role will involve:
- Developing high-quality medical affairs content across a range of projects
- Working across deliverables such as advisory boards, congress materials and slide decks
- Supporting client accounts and working closely with internal teams
- Translating complex scientific information into clear, engaging and accurate content
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

We’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Senior Medical Writer within a medical communications/agency setting
- Solid Medical Affairs experience
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- CVRM therapy area experience would be a bonus, but is not essential
