A standout opportunity within a beautifully restored luxury hotel and spa set across 38 acres

Our client, an independent luxury hotel, spa and estate in Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Meetings & Events Sales Executive to join their growing sales team.

The property blends historic charm with contemporary elegance, offering exceptional conference and event facilities in a stunning countryside setting.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on converting enquiries, building strong client relationships, and showcasing premium event spaces. With no event planning responsibilities, you’ll focus purely on sales, maximising revenue across over a dozen versatile event spaces accommodating up to 250 guests.

The Role

As Senior Meetings & Events Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract and deposit. You’ll deliver engaging showrounds, respond promptly with tailored proposals, and work proactively to exceed monthly revenue targets. Your commercial awareness and relationship-building skills will be key to driving repeat business and securing new opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
