🕒 Full Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week

The Company

At Fora, we're re imagining what the workplace can be. We create inspiring, design-led spaces that blend hospitality, community, and well-being so people can work productively, creatively, and happily. From our first London workspace over 20 years ago, we've grown to 60+ locations across the UK supporting 30,000+ members and partnering with trailblazing brands like Ocado, The British Fashion Council, and Pangaia. Backed by The Office Group, Blackstone, and Brockton Capital, we're growing fast and pioneering conscious design, sustainable construction, and workspaces that empower people to work in their own unique way. At Fora, we're not just shaping workplaces - we're shaping the future of work.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Member Experience Host to be the face of our building and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who is naturally proactive, highly organised, and passionate about creating memorable experiences through outstanding service.

This is not a people management role; however, you will act as a senior presence within the team, leading by example, supporting colleagues and helping to maintain exceptional service and operational standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering an exceptional member experience
    • Building strong relationships with members and visitors.
    • Managing member requests and creating a welcoming community.
    • Handling queries and resolving issues with confidence and care.
  • Supporting building operations
    • Maintaining high standards across the building.
    • Ensuring communal spaces, meeting rooms and vacant offices are always presentation-ready.
    • Supporting day-to-day operational and maintenance activities.
  • Driving community engagement
    • Contributing to member satisfaction and retention.
    • Promoting member benefits, partnerships and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Supporting sales activity
    • Welcoming prospective members and assisting with tours and trials.
    • Promoting the building, services and additional offerings with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
