Are you seeking a community role based in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS) where flexible working arrangements are considered to enable you to bring your best self to work and, most significantly; help transform the lives of children and young people?

With a big national focus on improving services for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, there has never been a better time to join us an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.

Alongside the multi-disciplinary team, you will be working with young people experiencing a wide variety of mental health difficulties sometimes with complex social situations and neurodevelopmental challenges.

We strongly encourage professionals who are interested in re-direction and have an extremely robust training package tailored to role to ensure you feel confident in your role.

The role will include undertaking the assessment of the young person's mental health needs, alongside your colleagues and working 1-1 with young people in providing the treatment plan drawing on a variety of interventions that may involve multi-agency networking where necessary.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
