Are you a Senior Commercial Manager ready to take ownership of major MEP packages on one of the UK's most significant nuclear infrastructure projects?

Ready to step into a role where your commercial expertise will help deliver critical infrastructure at Hinkley Point C?

Looking for the opportunity to make a real impact on a nationally important project that will help power the UK for generations to come?

Then Crown House Technologies is the company for you!

The Opportunity

Crown House Technologies, the specialist MEP delivery business of Laing O'Rourke, is seeking a Senior MEP Commercial Manager to join the team delivering Hinkley Point C, one of Europe's largest construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a nationally significant nuclear power station while managing complex MEP packages within a highly regulated environment.

  • Support day-to-day commercial delivery, including labour performance and defect management.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice, promoting governance and best practice across the project.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.
  • Support budget management, financial control and the development of junior commercial team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
