Senior MEP Engineer/Architect with strong building services coordination experience
Central London
£60,000-£80,000 p.a.
Are you an experienced MEP Engineer, Building Services Designer or Architect with strong building services coordination experience, keen to join a specialist design team delivering luxury spa, wellness, and leisure projects?
The role involves designing and coordinating mechanical, electrical systems for high-end spas, thermal suites, hydrotherapy pools, wellness centres, hotels and leisure destinations.
You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and specialist consultants to integrate complex water treatment, pool plant, HVAC and humidity-control systems while ensuring designs meet technical, operational and sustainability requirements.

As the ideal candidate you will have proven experience and a strong understanding of wet leisure environments and proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
