Senior MEP Project Manager (Heating & Water Infrastructure)
London | £100,000 - £110,000 | 2-Year Fixed Term Contract | ASAP Start
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a major estate-wide infrastructure programme on behalf of a prestigious residential estate.
Acting as the client-side lead, you will oversee a complex heating and water infrastructure project affecting approximately 200 residential properties. The programme includes the transition from a communal heating network to individual domestic heating systems, significant water infrastructure upgrades, contractor management, procurement, tender processes, and project delivery through to completion.

This is a highly visible role requiring a technically strong project professional who can combine engineering knowledge with commercial awareness, stakeholder management and programme leadership. You will take responsibility for managing consultants and contractors, overseeing procurement activities, controlling programme delivery, and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Offer
- Extensive experience managing large-scale MEP, building services or infrastructure projects
- A strong technical understanding of heating, mechanical and water systems
- Proven experience leading procurement and tender processes
- Excellent contractor, consultant and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within residential, mixed-use, estate or property environments
- Relevant professional qualifications or chartered status (CIBSE, APM, CIOB, Engineering Council or similar) would be advantageous
