Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Northern Ireland

A Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor is required for a permanent opportunity supporting building and data centre projects across Northern Ireland.
This role is suited to an experienced MEP commercial professional looking to work on technically challenging projects, managing the commercial delivery of mechanical and electrical packages within a specialist construction environment.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages across building and data centre projects
- Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, variations and commercial reports
- Support procurement and subcontractor management activities
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance
- Work closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to support successful delivery
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- Experience working as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, MEP Quantity Surveyor, MEP Commercial Manager or similar building services commercial role
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages within construction projects
- Experience supporting commercial delivery of MEP works
- Background working on building services, construction or data centre projects
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
