Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor in the retail industry, you'll play a key role in managing costs and budgets for construction projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget. This position focuses on private consultancy work, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, and both pre- and post-contract cost planning.

Description
- Manage pre- and post-contract cost planning processes for construction projects.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and cost reports.
- Monitor budgets and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for office fit-outs and refurbishment projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost management and value engineering.
- Conduct risk assessments and advise on potential cost implications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Experience in a private consultancy background.
- Strong pre- and post-contract cost planning skills.
- Knowledge of office fit-out and refurbishment projects within the retail sector.
- Ideally, MRICS qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
