A leading provider in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems is now looking for a high-quality Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor based in London.
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the costs, contracts, and financial aspects of MEP works throughout the projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take ownership of the commercial function across a range of major schemes, including:
- Data Centres
- Commercial Fit Out
- Shell & Core Infrastructure
Majority of the work is in and around the London area, however due to some high-end projects with key clients it could take a successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to travel to Europe

What to expect:
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Managing procurement and commercial delivery of major MEP packages
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and monthly valuations across large-scale data centre, Commercial Fit out, Shell and core and Life Science projects
- Supporting contract administration under main contract and subcontract arrangements
- Managing risks, valuations, payments and schedules
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor?
- 5-10+ years' experience
- Confident when negotiating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail and contractual knowledge
- Strong MEP technical understanding
- Confidence in managing high value MEP packages
- Decisive in decision making individually and within a team
- Works collaboratively
