Do you have experience with DfMA and Revit Fabrication Parts / fabrication-driven workflows?

Are you an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Coordinator with strong contractor-side experience and a passion for digital construction, coordination, and buildability?

Then Crown House Technologies could be the company for you!

We're looking for an MEP Revit / BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Engineering team, supporting major projects across data centres, life sciences, healthcare, and nuclear programmes.

What is the role?

You'll join our MEICA Digital Design Centre (Manchester, Leeds, or Dartford), where we fully engineer projects digitally before site works begin.

This enables better coordination, increased offsite manufacture, reduced waste, and improved delivery certainty.

You'll play a key role in ensuring models are coordinated, buildable, and aligned to DfMA and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and coordinate MEP models in Autodesk Revit
  • Develop and manage Revit Fabrication Parts / fabrication content
  • Support DfMA-led design and offsite manufacturing workflows
  • Coordinate MEP services across disciplines to ensure clash-free, installation-ready models
  • Review design information for coordination, buildability, and compliance
  • Manage model information, change control, and drawing outputs
  • Work closely with consultants and delivery teams to align design and construction
  • Support project reporting and digital coordination outputs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
