Senior Merchandise Manager - GM

What you will be doing:
- Deliver sales, availability and stock targets across strategic categories, ensuring stock spend is controlled within agreed parameters.
- Lead planning, forecasting, supplier deliveries and complex range changes with the commercial team.
- Manage Open to Buy, WSSI delivery, quality of stock, recalls and problem stock actions to improve stock turn and working capital.
- Support annual budgets and forecasts, providing insight into category risks, opportunities and stock productivity.
- Present category inventory, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders using data and commercial judgement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and support new merchandising systems, tools and process improvements where required.
