Senior Merchandiser | Manchester | £55,000 - £62,500 + benefits | Flexi-Hours | Growth and Leadership Opportunities

A Brand That Has Grown the Right Way:

Some businesses grow fast. Fewer grow well. Our client is one of the few: a profitable, sustainably built brand with a growing international footprint and a reputation for beautiful product that comes from the right places. Sustainability here is part of how every decision gets made, not a marketing line. They're now looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join a merchandising function that is well led, well supported and well invested in.

The Opportunity:

This is a senior role for someone who knows merchandising inside out and wants to lead from the front. You'll own the trading performance of your categories, set the pace for the team, and make sure the fundamentals are right every time, from range planning and stock flow to margin and sell-through. The business has put real investment into systems, processes and AI, so you'll have modern tools, good data and the backing to use them well. Your leadership team is experienced and supportive, and they want you to make an impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
