About this role
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Senior Operations Executive to support the execution of nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, manpower fulfilment, and consistent execution quality across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts.
- Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, and coordinate with the recruitment team when additional resources are required.
- Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular field visits to audit execution compliance, coach team leaders, and maintain service standards.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- At least possess SPM or Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in managing field teams and handling operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with strong ownership and leadership capabilities.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel and work on weekends when required.
