This role leads the technical rollout, stabilization, and transition of GE Proficy-based MES solutions into sustainable operations across multiple plants.
Your Tasks
- Act as the technical authority for GE Proficy Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ensure alignment with global MES standards
- Configure, deploy, and support GE Proficy Plant Applications across international manufacturing sites
- Develop and maintain reusable MES templates, promoting configuration-based solutions and reducing technical debt
- Validate technical architectures, integrations, and performance requirements before production go-live
- Conduct plant readiness assessments covering infrastructure, automation, SAP integration, and operational preparedness
- Validate integrations between MES, PLC, SCADA, Historian, and SAP systems to ensure reliable data flow and interoperability
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of MES, database, interface, messaging, and performance-related issues
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring during deployments and hypercare phases, supporting effective knowledge transfer to support teams

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems with extensive hands-on expertise in GE Proficy Plant Applications
- Strong experience with Proficy Historian, CIMPLICITY, and SAP integration in multi-site manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise in PLC, SCADA, and OPC UA integration and validation of automation and control system interfaces
- Advanced SQL Server troubleshooting skills, including diagnosis of database, messaging, and performance issues within MES environments
- Solid understanding of ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards and their application in manufacturing system architectures
- Experience performing root cause analysis for production incidents and interface failures
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills within global project environments
- Availability for international travel (25–40%)
