Head of Acquisition

A bit about Sons

Sons was founded in 2019 by Will and Adrian, driven by their own struggles with hair loss and the lack of accessible, affordable treatment options. Today, Sons is a certified B Corp digital health company on a mission to make men’s health more open, optimistic, and effective.

We bring together physicians, pharmacists, scientists, technologists, and creatives to tackle the reality that most men don’t seek help for issues like hair loss. Through our telehealth platform and cloud pharmacy, we deliver clinically proven treatments straight to their doors—safely, affordably, and discreetly.

With over 500,000 men treated across the UK, Ireland, and Germany, and a Series A €6.75M funding round, we’re expanding into new markets and channels. Our goal? To help every generation of sons live healthier, happier lives.

A bit about the role

You will own Meta new-customer acquisition end to end: the account, the spend, the testing plan, the creative feedback loop and the result.

Meta is a major growth channel for Sons. Your job is to make it more scalable, more systematic and more commercially accountable. You will report to the Head of Acquisition, work closely with creative, data and CRO colleagues, and turn a strong supply of insights and content into repeatable winning ads.

Buying is only part of the craft. The strongest candidates can read performance data and explain exactly what the audience needs to see next—and what needs to change after the click.

What you will own

  • Meta new-customer acquisition across the UK, Ireland and Germany: budget pacing, account structure, campaign builds, optimisation and the daily number.
  • A disciplined testing system across concepts, hooks, formats, creators, audiences, offers and landing pages—with clear hypotheses and learning captured.
  • Creative performance analysis. You will identify why ads win or lose and turn that into sharp, usable briefs for the creative and creator teams.
  • Scaling and kill logic: protect efficiency while moving quickly enough to exploit genuine winners.
  • Market-specific execution, ensuring creative, messaging and account decisions reflect local customer behaviour rather than simple translation.
  • The link between ad and funnel. You will flag landing-page, consultation and conversion issues and partner with the relevant owner to improve them.
  • Reliable reporting and forecasting, grounded in platform data, first-party performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Platform hygiene, tracking awareness and constructive relationships with Meta and any specialist external partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you bring (the must haves)

  • Elite Meta performance judgment. You have personally scaled a DTC Meta account at serious spend and can explain the creative, funnel and buying decisions that made the difference.
  • Creative is part of your craft, not an afterthought. You can diagnose a weak hook, proposition, proof point, format or landing-page match from the data and the work itself.
  • Business Manager, campaign architecture, testing, budget allocation, attribution and measurement trade-offs are second nature.
  • You think commercially. You understand CAC, payback, cohort quality and contribution—not only ROAS inside Ads Manager.
  • You move fast without becoming careless. Your tests have a reason, your decisions are documented and your communication is direct.
  • You want true channel ownership and welcome being held accountable for the outcome.
