Description
At Vintage.com, we’re building the most trusted platform for pre-loved items. We help people give valuable things a new life, making the experience simple, transparent and rewarding.
We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.
Our Growth Team helps more people discover Vintage.com and turn that discovery into customers. We bring together performance marketing, creative, data and experimentation to understand what works, reach the right audiences and grow our customer base across the UK and international markets.
Paid Social plays an important part in that growth. The team combines data, creative thinking and continuous testing to run campaigns that reach new audiences, generate high-quality leads and help us understand how we can grow efficiently.
- You quickly develop a strong understanding of our Meta account, campaign structure, customer acquisition model and performance drivers.
- You confidently manage significant areas of Meta activity with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Campaign performance is actively optimised rather than simply monitored.
- You can diagnose why performance has changed and determine the appropriate action.
- Scaling decisions balance volume, efficiency and lead quality.
- Creative testing is structured, purposeful and translates into actionable learning.
- Tracking, conversion and attribution issues are identified, investigated and resolved quickly.
- You bring ideas and experience into the team rather than relying solely on an established playbook.
- Paid Social activity becomes faster, more effective and easier to scale.
- You support less experienced colleagues in developing stronger Paid Social judgement and technical capability.
What You’ll Do
- Take hands-on responsibility for building, launching, managing and optimising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
- Quickly understand existing account structures, campaigns, audiences, budgets, tracking and performance patterns.
- Make informed decisions around campaign structure, budgets, audiences, placements, optimisation and scaling.
- Diagnose underperformance and identify whether issues relate to audience, creative, campaign setup, tracking, conversion or wider customer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful activity while protecting efficiency and lead quality.
- Maintain strong standards of account structure, campaign accuracy and quality assurance.
- Challenge existing approaches where performance data suggests there is a better way.
- Support strategic testing and expansion into other Paid Social platforms.
- Own structured creative testing across formats, concepts, hooks, messaging and audiences.
- Identify what is driving creative performance rather than relying solely on topline metrics.
- Translate performance data into clear and actionable briefs for Creative teams.
- Work collaboratively with Creative colleagues to develop new hypotheses and testing priorities.
- Build a strong understanding of creative fatigue, iteration and winning characteristics.
- Ensure testing generates usable learning rather than isolated campaign results.
- Use approved AI tools where appropriate to accelerate ideation, analysis and creative workflows.
- Confidently work with Meta pixels, events, conversions and campaign tracking.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies between platform and internal performance data.
- Work closely with Data colleagues on tracking, attribution and reporting issues.
- Understand how tracking quality affects optimisation and campaign decision-making.
- Analyse performance across metrics including CPL, conversion rate, lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
- Turn complex campaign data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Contribute to daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting.
- Bring practical experience from previous Paid Social environments into the team.
- Support the testing and development of channels including TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging opportunities.
- Evaluate whether learnings from Meta can be transferred effectively into other platforms.
- Stay close to platform changes and understand how they may affect campaign structure, targeting, measurement or creative.
- Identify opportunities to improve the way we work, test and report.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, CRM, Data and wider Growth colleagues.
- Provide clear recommendations rather than simply reporting what has happened.
- Share knowledge and practical Paid Social expertise with less experienced colleagues.
- Support the development of Paid Social Executives through day-to-day guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Raise issues early and take ownership of getting them resolved.
- Balance immediate performance decisions with longer-term learning and testing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
