We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Analytics MI & Reporting Consultant

Our team’s purpose is to deliver advanced marketing analytics and reporting capabilities to empower the Group Brand and Marketing function. We build and maintain future-ready marketing analytics solutions, ensuring data-driven marketing is embedded across the business and aligned with group strategy.

About the role

  • Be part of a team that turns data into clear, confident marketing stories that help colleagues make better decisions
  • Support the design and rollout of effective analytics frameworks that show how campaigns are performing
  • Help build and maintain MI reporting for internal teams using tools like Power BI and Excel
  • Explore real marketing data sets, spot trends, and share what you find in a way that is understandable and useful
  • Learn new analytics tools and techniques with coaching and support, and apply them to live marketing challenges
  • Grow your understanding of marketing channels and how we evaluate their impact
  • Develop awareness of data regulations in financial services and help us work responsibly with customer data

About you

  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn how data answers real business questions
  • Comfortable with the basics of analytics and excited to build confidence and skills
  • Interested in turning numbers into insights that improve marketing effectiveness
  • Familiar with tools like Power BI, Excel, or SQL, or ready to learn them with support
  • Enjoy working with data, asking thoughtful questions, and presenting findings to non-technical audiences
  • Open to learning about data governance and the regulatory landscape in financial services
  • Motivated by measuring performance and making a positive difference through clear MI
