About the Role
We're looking for a customer-focused and solutions-driven Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to help deliver outstanding CRM and business application solutions for our clients. Working alongside solution architects and project teams, you'll support the implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 CE, helping organisations improve processes, increase efficiency, and maximise the value of their technology investments.
Whether it's gathering requirements, configuring solutions, delivering workshops, or supporting user adoption, this role is integral to successful project delivery. You'll be a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, accuracy, and a strong focus on business outcomes.

- Successfully delivers assigned project workstreams on time and to a high standard.
- Builds positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Produces clear, accurate, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintains high levels of client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Demonstrates continuous development of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform expertise.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve client processes and project outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
- Support the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Facilitate and document client discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.
- Analyse business processes and perform gap-fit assessments.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications in line with agreed solution designs.
- Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, and project documentation.
- Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with developers and technical consultants to deliver client requirements.
- Support solution demonstrations and presales activities where required.
- Assist with issue resolution and provide functional expertise throughout project delivery.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Follow NoBlue2 delivery methodologies and Microsoft best practices.
- Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client engagements.

RequirementsAbout You
- Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.
- Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and business processes.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within project teams.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and gaining Microsoft certifications.
- Client-focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
