Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Lead

Salary:

Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35)

Location:

Hybrid (UK/Europe) with occasional travel required

Work Type:

Contract

Role:

Join a global organisation embarking on a major Microsoft transformation programme where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its enterprise technology landscape. This is far more than a traditional Dynamics implementation contract - it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, influencing strategic decisions, defining the Microsoft Dynamics roadmap, and helping transition the business into a scalable managed service model. Working closely with senior stakeholders, solution architects and international delivery teams, you'll ensure Microsoft technologies deliver lasting business value while driving transformation across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior Microsoft Dynamics lead across a large-scale transformation programme.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and wider Microsoft platform best practices.
  • Support the transition from implementation into Business-as-Usual (BAU) and Application Managed Services (AMS).
  • Collaborate with technical teams across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimisation and future transformation initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, technical stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • Influence the design and delivery of future Microsoft Dynamics deployments across an international organisation.
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
