Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft.NET Consultant to join our Application Support practice.
In this role, you will provide Level 3 support for a portfolio of business-critical Microsoft applications, helping customers maintain stable, secure and high-performing services. You will investigate and resolve complex technical issues, deliver minor enhancements and approved change requests, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of supported applications and services.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will act as a senior technical escalation point, providing expert guidance, driving problem resolution and supporting the successful delivery of application improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced .NET professional who enjoys a combination of technical problem solving, customer engagement and hands-on development in a managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for business-critical customer applications.
- Deliver application enhancements, change requests and project work across customer portfolios.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents, defects and performance issues.
- Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical advice.
- Act as a senior technical resource across customer accounts and mentor junior consultants.
- Assist with Azure DevOps pipeline maintenance and automation opportunities.

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- C# /.NET Framework /.NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC / Web APIs
- SQL Server troubleshooting
- L3 support experience
- Incident / Problem / Change Management
- Minor enhancement and change delivery experience
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in managed service environments.
- Strong customer-facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting applications hosted within Microsoft Azure.
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline exposure.
- Power Platform.
- Logic Apps.
- SSIS and ETL processes.
- Oracle databases.
- Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience working within public sector environments.
- Microservices architecture.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
